Question:“On cooled passion”
On cooled passion
Cooled passion is not a dead fire. It is charcoal. Charcoal stays hot longer than flame, and cooking is done on charcoal.
Do not wait for the flame to return. Do the work for thirty minutes today, without joy and without trying to do it well. Charcoal reddens again when air is blown into it.
The first aphorism of Hippocrates reads: life is short, the art is long.
