Sensitivity is not thinner skin. It is more things touching the skin. Reduce what touches, and the skin hurts less without changing at all.
Remove one touching thing per day: one notification, one sound, one person. After three days, look at what remains.
Heraclitus said dogs bark at whoever they do not know. The barking measures strangeness, not enmity.
