Feeling is weather and you are the ground. The weather may change several times a day; the ground stays where it is.
This week, twice a day, morning and night, write one word for the mood of that moment. After seven days that sheet is the map of your weather. If the swings keep wrecking your sleep and meals, show the map to a physician of the mind as well.
