On anger that will not settle

Anger that will not settle is the body insisting that the matter is not finished. The body is waiting for an apology or an ending, and those may never come.

Each time the anger rises, look at the clock and write down the hour. After three days of hours, you can see when it comes. Anger does not arrive at random. It comes through a fixed door, and a door you know can be locked.
