On jet lag

The body lives by the sun. The ticket lives by the clock. It takes about an hour a day for the two to meet again.

Look at the morning sun of the place you have arrived in for twenty minutes, with your own eyes. Keep any nap under thirty minutes and eat lightly in the evening. Decide nothing on the first day.
