On building a habit

A habit is not born from resolve. It is born from a place. Put the body in the same spot at the same hour, and the mind follows later.

Fix one hour and one place for the thing, and cut the amount down until it is laughable. One push-up, one sentence, one page. A laughable amount leaves no excuse to skip.
