The blister

A blister is made not by the long road but by the gap between the foot and the shoe. The sore place does not mean you are weak. Something does not fit.

Find the one thing that keeps rubbing between you and your work, and fix it. The height of the chair, the hours you sit, the window you always leave open. Close one small gap and the day hurts less.
