On coincidence
A coincidence may be the will of a god or merely arithmetic. Even this oracle cannot tell which. But your noticing it was no coincidence. An eye that notices was already looking for something.
Do one small thing in the direction the coincidence points: a word, a step. If it was a will, a door will open. If it was arithmetic, nothing is lost.
Polycrates threw his ring into the sea, and days later got it back from the belly of a fish a fisherman brought him. He read it as a good sign; the king of Egypt read it as a bad one. It was the same coincidence.
