On self-esteem

Self-esteem grows not in the mirror but in the hands. What your hands complete comes before how you see yourself.

This week, choose one thing you can finish with your own hands and finish it. It need not be done well. Say the name of what you finished out loud. Believing in yourself requires evidence, and the evidence is yours to make.
