On reading the contract

A contract is not written for the good days. It is written for the bad ones. Read the clauses for the bad days first.

Termination, penalty, deadline. Find those three words and underline them. If even one line is unclear to you, do not sign that day. Show a large contract to a lawyer or a legal aid office before you sign.
