On having no taste of your own

It is not that you have no taste. You have not yet chosen. Taste is not inborn. It is the mark left after choosing many times and regretting many times.

This week, choose one thing that others have always chosen for you: the restaurant, the song, the route. Afterwards write one word about whether you liked it. When those words pile up, that is taste.
