On the missing package

A box that is not at the door is not yet lost. It was misplaced, delayed, or taken, and the first two are far more common.

Check the guard desk, the neighbor’s door, and the building entrance first. If nothing, ask the courier for a photo and the drop location. If still nothing, file a claim with the seller. They usually cover the cost.
