On gray hair

Gray hair is not a herald of death. It is the receipt for the days you have lived. Dye does not erase the number. It only changes the color.

Do not pluck them. Let your hands, not the mirror, decide whether to dye. If once a month the hands find it tiresome, stop. If not, go on. Both are right.
