The one who ran for help

Pheidippides ran for two days to ask Sparta for help. Even asking for help takes running. A request made sitting down reaches only as far as the chair.

Go in person to ask for one thing. Feet instead of a text, a voice instead of an email. It is hard to refuse someone who ran to you.
