Circe’s year

On Circe’s island Odysseus forgot a whole year. His men reminded him that it was time to think of home. The better the place, the faster time disappears.

Keep one person who counts your time for you. Ask them, “How long have I been here?” If the answer surprises you, it is time to leave.
