On the refrigerator

A refrigerator is not a storeroom. It is this week’s table. In the back where nothing is seen, food spoils quietly and money disappears quietly.

Take everything out today, throw away what has expired, and make one meal from what remains. Put what should be eaten first in the front row. Shop only after the fridge is empty.
