A checkup result is not a verdict. It is a map. The numbers say where you stand. They do not say where to go.

Take the sheet to a doctor and ask. The oracle cannot read a blood count. If a retest is written there, do not put it off. Book it this week. Read the lines marked normal once as well. Those are the things your body did right.
